We’ve created a dedicated Complex Care business unit, and now we’re looking for a visionary Regional Manager to lead the way.

🧩 What Is Complex Care?

It’s about managing intensity—supporting people with evolving, multifaceted needs. You’ll help individuals transition from hospital settings to homes where they feel safe, valued, and empowered.

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• A clinical qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker) and a Diploma in PBS or Practice Leadership.
• Deep knowledge of CQC/CI regulations, risk management, and quality assurance.
• A passion for person-centred care, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience in complex environments, with the ability to inspire and support teams through emotionally challenging situations.
